* About Fees

  • Booking fees or Session Fees of 50€ is paid in advance at the time of booking. This fees is non- refundable.  (This fees ensures that the time) booked for photographer is reserved exclusively for you and photographer cannot take any further bookings on that time)
  • Remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your session. No images including sneak peeks will be edited or shown until balance is settled.
  • Prices of my services are competitive, reflected the high standard of photography and are not negotiable.
Travel:

If you like any park or any beautiful location for the shoot, I also travel. Travel costs start from €30 to €80, based on my availability & distance from studio.

Add ons:

  • Additional image can be ordered at 12€ per image.
  • Makeup and Hair Artist available on request and it will cost you additional 80€.

About rescheduling:

  • No-Show: The booking fees  (€50) in non- refundable in case client does not show up.
  • The date of booking can be rescheduled in case of illness or emergency. You can book any available day within 6 months of the day of booking.

Other details:

  • All edited images will be provided to you digitally.
  • NO RAW images will be delivered as it does not truly represent the true vision of the artist.

Non- Disclosure Clause:

The Client is NOT okay with the PallaviShots using any images not limited to her Social Media, Website and/or marketing material and agrees to pay the Non-Disclosure fee in addition to the their Session Fee and Image Collection Fee. (which is €100).
